TODAY'S MEDITATION
Yes, I decided a week or two ago to take the weekends "off." But sometimes I am moved to write. And so I am sharing this, because it is the sixth day of my week.

There is an origin story that says that on the sixth day of creation God created all the animals, and finally man. And from this first man, God took a rib and created woman.

Another origin story: God, here known as Brahmin, created the unity of Shiva and Shakti who, coming together —literally and figuratively— in a cosmic orgasm released all that we know and experience.

And how about this for this sixth day? The love that holds us all is constantly renewed as awareness/consciousness (aka "the masculine") penetrates AND holds space for beauty, love, movement, sensation, everything that changes (aka "the feminine") and She blossoms, is radiant, again and again and again, for as often and as long as He hods and penetrates Her with His awareness.
