TODAY'S MEDITATION
This day began, at 3:30am, with two hours of practice, a Kundalini Yoga masterclass to go “beyond polarities.” Thank you Tim and Marieke at the Kundalini Yoga School.

Now, to know these polarities. To balance these polarities, of consciousness and of constant flow. To know that this is only the beginning of my art. And also, to know that to meditate on my beloved releases me to be the master of this art…

The path I have chosen to walk is, as I've said elsewhere and often, a path of a thousand days. Not something I was excited about when it was first presented to me in this way. What? And now, to practice for three years? For what? And there are no guarantees. Except this: With commitment and daily practice comes release from suffering, comes happiness, comes radiance. Yes, radiance.
