TODAY'S MEDITATION
How do I serve love? How am I the husbandman to love’s flowering in this life?

One of my teachers would laugh at the idea that we have to "earn our living." Life, he'd say, is a gift. No need to earn it. Only enjoy it!

And so with love: a gift that requires no "earning," only becoming who I am. Without sweat. Without work. Without effort. Only receiving.

Ah, but that "only receiving".... this requires unbuckling myself from the treadmill of "doing" and exchanging and earning. And this unbuckling takes effort. Daily practice. And commitment.

At the beginning of this journey I was told to prepare for a thousand days. Now, I am inviting other men to step into their own thousand-day journey. I am excited, and honoured.
